I found that attending Megan’s Yoga class was a rewarding experience that could help me to become healthier, more balanced and challenged. She instructs on how to cleanse your thoughts and connect with your higher self. The results of attending this class will help to strengthen your body. I would recommend her class to friends and family.
I’ve done yoga for a couple years now and Megan’s class was among the top I’ve taken. Not only is her playlist full of bops, but the way she syncs the poses to the music is wonderful. Our practice was in an unheated space but she got the heat flowing! Megan is so patient and accommodating that she makes even beginners feel at ease. I would be so happy to take another class with Megan anytime!
I am someone who has always been active but has never took part in a true yoga class before. Megan’s class introduced me to yoga & I absolutely loved it! The way that Megan taught was smooth, effortless, and overall beautiful. I felt extremely relaxed the whole time and felt very in tune with my body. Immediately after, I felt the tension in my body disappear and felt ready to conquer the rest of the week. I loved the way that Megan taught and I would take another class with her in a heartbeat!
Megan is an awesome instructor. Her calmness radiates through the room during your practice and makes the vibe so relaxing. She has great choices in music and is great about shaping the flow to work with the most experienced yogi to the novice all at once. She also incorporates interesting and insightful spiritual aspects into the practice through readings, quotes, or picking cards at the end of the practice. It was something I have not done in a private class before. I highly recommend Megan for private classes and any other yoga needs! You will not regret it.
